Computer Aided Design & Drafting

DECI Corporation was a pioneer in the use of Computer Aided Design & Drafting in the Pittsburgh area, with the purchase of its first system in 1981. We have made an effort over the years to ensure that our CADD capabilities are upgraded to state-of-the-art hardware and software employing the latest technology.

The present day system consists of PC’s with the software capability of using either Microstation or AutoCAD, and also the capability of converting from Microstation to AutoCAD. We can provide full-size drawings as well as 11" x 17" plots. Drawings can be plotted on paper, vellum, or Mylar, depending on our Client’s needs, and can be placed on the Client’s corporate format employing all logos and title blocks on their standard size drawing.

Additionally, DECI‘s Midwest Office located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is linked electronically to the corporate office in Heidelberg, Pennsylvania, which greatly enhances our ability to transfer data on a given project in a matter of seconds when information is required. This electronic transfer capability is also available to our Clients.
